About Dr Ron
Dr Ron is a producer and panelist on the popular Australian technology talk show, Tech Talk Radio.
He is frequently unshaven, and likes wearing his Sennheiser headphones.
Dr Ron has a doctorate in PhD PC USB 2.0, and spent US$29.95 on his prestigious title (approval guaranteed, confidentiality assured – just Google “buy doctorate online”, it’s easy.)
He does, however, have a legitmate under-graduate degree (a Bachelor of Music from Melbourne University) and knows his audio technology.
The good doctor has worked in the radio communications, telecommunications and voice processing industries for many years, in technical support, project management and sales management roles. He also frequently writes about himself in the 3rd-person.
Ron is currently employed by the Victorian Government and also runs his own internet hosting business and IT consultancy. He started blogging in May 2007 as a technical experiment with some new-fangled software called “WordPress”.
He hopes to educate and entertain with his exclusive Web Log, “The Surgery”.
